Welcome to Gempixel. These terms explain the rules for using our website and services at gempixel.co.uk. By creating an account or using any part of the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What we offer

Gempixel lets you shorten links, create QR codes, build bio pages and track basic statistics about how your links perform. Some features may be free and others may need a paid plan. We may add, change or remove features from time to time as the service grows.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us straight away through our contact page.

3. What you can and can't do

You're free to use Gempixel for personal and business purposes, as long as you play fair. You must not use the service to:

• Link to malware, viruses, phishing pages or anything designed to steal information or cause harm.
• Share or promote illegal content, including content that exploits children, incites violence or supports terrorism.
• Spam people or send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Impersonate another person, brand or organisation.
• Infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
• Hide or disguise the destination of a link in order to mislead people.
• Attack, overload or try to break into our systems, or use bots to abuse the service.

If we find a link or page that breaks these rules, we may disable it, remove it or suspend the account behind it, with or without notice.

4. Your content

Anything you add to Gempixel, such as links, bio page text, images or logos, remains yours. By adding it, you give us permission to store it, display it and process it as needed to run the service. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload or link to.

5. Reporting abuse

If you come across a short link that looks harmful, misleading or illegal, please tell us through the contact page with the link included. We review reports as quickly as we reasonably can.

6. Paid plans and refunds

Where a paid plan is offered, the price, billing period and features are shown at the time you subscribe. Payments are handled by the payment provider connected to the site. Unless the law says otherwise, or we've stated otherwise on the pricing page, payments already made are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your plan will stay active until the end of the period you've paid for.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Gempixel running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put other users at risk, or have been inactive for a long time. When an account is closed, its short links may stop working.

9. Limitation of liability

Gempixel is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the service, including lost data, lost profits or the content of websites that short links point to. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that can't legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Gempixel after an update, that means you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
